How soon will my nails be ready?

Standard processing time is 5 - 7 business days for pre-designed sets in my collections. Custom sets vary 1 - 2 weeks depending on how quickly you submit and confirm your design inspiration.
All nails are made-to-order, hand-painted, packaged, and shipped by me. Please be patient in awaiting your set. I'm a very proud one-woman show!

Standard shipping through USPS is 4 - 7 days. Expedited shipping through UPS is 1 -3 days.
*Please Note: 'nailed by ryan' is not responsible for any lost/stolen packages. Once they are given to a shipping carrier they are quite literally out of my hands. For shipping inquiries, please contact the appropriate carrier with your tracking information.

How long will my press ons last?

How long your nails wear depends entirely on application. With proper nail prep, a set can last up to 2 weeks with either glue method. For a temporary wear (1 -3 days), nail tabs are your best friend!
Some people, like myself, find more success with nail tabs, while others swear by liquid glue. Try both and see what works best for your nail type!

How do I apply/remove my nails?

Each set comes with application and removal instructions. The better you prep, the longer they'll last. Be sure to take your time when removing to keep your natural nails healthy and your press ons in good condition. NEVER rip your nails off!

Are these nails 'single use only' like drug store press ons?

Not at all! 'nailed by ryan' nails are made from high quality, full coverage tips and 3 - 4 layers of gel. With proper care and storage, your nails can be worn over and over!

Refunds/Exchanges

As all nails are made to order specifically for your nail sizes, no exchanges or returns are accepted. If you happen to be disappointed with your set, kindly contact me.
